Abstract：The standard of Chinese curriculum puts emotional attitudes and values in the prominent position of teaching objectives.Patriotism education is an important part of moral education in junior high schools, so it is an inevitable requirement of Chinese teaching work to cultivate students' patriotism.In Chinese teaching, patriotism education should be implemented relying on textbooks, using extracurricular reading as a platform and writing as a springboard, and taking extracurricular activities as an opportunity.
